Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m the Avenues in West Hollywood is hosting a celebration to mark the beginning of the shopping season. Retailers along Melrose Avenue between Robertson and Orlando will hold special holiday themed events with extended hours for shopping. Shoppers can anticipate entertainment, carolers, refreshments, food trucks, and special in-store promotions.
Participating retailers include Alpha, Arcade Boutique, Bodhi Tree Bookstore, John Varvatos, Makeup Mandy, Shalimar’s Apothecary of Scent, Soolip Paperie & Press, The Fashion Society, Undrest, and Viola Park. Trucks include Nom Nom, Global Soul, Bollywood Bites, The Munchie Machine, and Sugar Babies.
Bring a gift for Beckley’s toy drive for special discounts. Beckley’s will also have Santa and cocktails, a winning mix. Metered parking is free after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday; additional parking can be found in the West Hollywood Library Parking Garage at the corner of San Vicente and Melrose.
