Start Grasping for Straws!

As the heat turns up in good ol’ Silicone Valley some of us find ourselves dehydrated by the end of the day. I know we all hear that water is good for you and bla bla bla so I’ll spare you the lecture. This is not a mere reminder about drinking more, but a, “how to”. I have just ONE tip that has made a world of difference for me. If you are like me and have “hand to mouth disease” then you will find this to be most helpful. I challenge you to drink your water from a straw! Now I know you may be thinking this is silly BUT- I promise you, you will find yourself taking more sips. Now I don’t have any fancy data or statistics about this but I find myself taking more sips from my cup with a straw in it as apposed to when I have a water bottle handy. I think it may have something to do with my hand to mouth disease, but that’s just a guess. So give this a shot and let me know how it works out for you!
