Liquid Kitty’s Cactus Cooler

One of the great things about car trips when I was little was that Cactus Cooler soda seemed to be in every single gas station vending machine.

Inspired by that orangey-pineappley soda, Damien at Liquid Kitty has come out with the Cactus Cooler cocktail.

A combination of Mandarin Absolut, Peachtree Schnapps, orange and pineapple juices really do create a decent facsimile of the soda, but with a kick.

Go ahead, relive your youth, but I don’t recommend taking any car trips with this one.
