The young lawyers, aka The Barristers, of the Beverly Hills Bar Association along with the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation will be hosting their 25th Annual Vintage Bouquet Food and Wine event on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, California.  The event will benefit the  Beverly Hills Bar Foundation’s Pro Bono Legal Services Programs.  Pro Bono legal services are provided at no cost to eligible members of the community.  The Foundation supports various legal services including free wills for fire fighters and emergency responders, monthly legal clinics, programs for victims of domestic violence, and seminars to help individuals understand their legal rights.  The Foundation also supports and is associated with Public Counsel. Public Counsel’s activities are far-ranging and impact a wide spectrum of people who live at or below the poverty level.  Volunteer attorneys have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects-large and small, litigation and transactional matters.

Although these services are free, or low cost, for the recipients, they do take money to provide. Fundraisers such as the 25th Annual Vintage Bouquet Food and Wine event enable the Foundation to be able to fund the significant legal services and programs to the benefit of the community.
