If you are a fan of music, photography, photographers or fine music-related art, you won’t want to miss this exhibition coming up on September 10th at Largo. Featuring two of the most acclaimed artists in the annals of popular music photography, Henry Diltz and Pattie Boyd, this event will present still and multi-media images that you will at once recognize and be captivated by. I was lucky enough to catch some of Henry Diltz’s work at the Annenberg museum a few years back and the experience was nothing less than breathtaking.

Henry Diltz has over 400,000 images in his archive, has over 400 album covers to his name, and is the creative genius behind The Morrison Hotel Galleries.  The Doors, Crosby, Still and Nash, James Taylor to name a few of his works.

Pattie Boyd, an acclaimed photographer for more than forty years has the most incredible behind-the-scenes photos you’ve ever seen. The inspiration for the timeless love songs ‘Something’, ‘Layla’ and ‘Wonderful Tonight,’ her intimate and revealing photographs of George Harrison and the Beatles and Eric Clapton are amongst some of her best work.

Both photographers will be present to tell the stories behind their iconic images. For more information, please visit www.morrisonhotelgallery.com
