guess who I saw sailing towards the angels gate and headed for santa catalina yesterday? it’s the new auto ferry catalina provider (see her hull launched in portland last november here) cuz you know ‘pert-near everything they need to replenish over there comes from my pedro town, right? there was just a big fight to see who was gonna be doing that but it looks like afc has got the gig for now. trippy looking boat but also trippy is how fast the fucking light changes at the crack of dawn – here’s a shot of her coming down the main channel only minutes before the above shot:
