Sunday, June 11, Taste of the Nation returns to Media Park in Culver City. One hundred percent of proceeds from the event benefit No Kid Hungry, an organization that works to end childhood hunger in America. Local beneficiaries include Westside Food Bank, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and California Food Policy Advocates.

From 1pm to 4pm guests can enjoy unlimited tastes and beverages in the bucolic atmosphere of Media Park. And be sure not to miss the annual waiter races that pit restaurant against restaurant. Chef-Chair Bruce Kalman (Union, Knead & Co.), as well as co-chairs, Dakota Weiss (Estrella, Sweetfin Poke) and Nick Shipp (Upper West), will be joined by some of the best chefs, mixologists and wineries in LA.

Some of our favorites include Cassell’s Hamburgers, Mama Lion, Hanjip, Eagle Rock Public House, Jitlada Original Thai Cuisine, Sotto, Rose Cafe  RiceBar, Chichen Itza Restaurant, Wexler’s Deli and The Bazaar by José Andrés. Cool off with frozen treats from Coolhaus and Salt & Straw.

General Admission tickets are $110 for adults and $25 for children ages 6-13. VIP Admission allows you to enter the park at 12:30 to beat the crowd for the price of $160.
