Oh, I saw this in the LA Times and made the assumption. “Both the Rivera space that is turning into Broken Spanish and the Mo-Chica space that is becoming BS Taqueria are owned by Bill Chait’s Sprout restaurant group, which will partner in both new spots.” I now see that you are correct. That photo is not of Bill Chait. I believe that is Chef Garcia’s business partner, Jacob Shure.
