A standout seafood dish at ELA Meets Napa was Hugo Molina of Seta’s succulent sweet shrimp dish.
Mother Moo's chocolates are particularly rounded out, with brownie and orange dreamsicle with chocolate nearly knocking me off of my seat. But the flavor people clamor for is the salted chocolate. Enough with the salted caramel, Salted Chocolate is made with 3 kinds of chocolates, making it deep and complex.
