Metro Bus service will experience detours in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday, May l due to planned marches for National May Day Protest.
Metro plans to run regular Metro Bus and Metro Rail service during the May Day national protest. However, some Metro Bus service in downtown Los Angeles will be detoured and experience delays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The following bus lines are subject to detours depending on street closures: 2, 4, 10(48), 14(37), 16, 316, 18, 20, 28, 30, 33, 40, (42), 45, 51 (52), 53, 55, (355), 60, 62, 66, 70, 71, 76, 78, 79, 81, 83, 84, (68), 90, 91, 92, 94, 96, 439, 442, 460, 487, (489) 720, 728, 730, 733, 740, 745, 760, 794, 910.
Metro understands the inconvenience that these events cause for our patrons and ask that they plan their daily trips accordingly and allow for extra time.
