The community theatre group, Kentwood Players, will be holding a costume and vintage clothing sale on Saturday, September 29 from 7:30am to 3:00pm at the Westchester Playhouse.
There are outfits for just about every possible Halloween costume including “vintage pieces in all sizes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, (including some PLUS-SIZE sexy satin corsets), lots of fur coats and beautiful sequined and beaded blouses, plus wearable clothing including dresses, suits, pants, hats, shoes, gloves, wigs and other assorted clothing items – all at very reasonable prices!” Just don’t come near me in their full-sized cockroach costume!
You can access the Westchester Playhouse from the Westside by driving down La Cienega or driving up Aviation from the South Bay , or via the 405 freeway which will be open in that area.
