It is a sad day for fans of Twinkies. Hostess has turned off the oven and closed its doors forever. Sure,we all know this stuff is crap, but it’s crap we grew upon. It’s OUR crap and we love it. But fear not! One of the new millenium’s food fads has been to recreate “junk food” with a gourmet twist. They may not be the same flavors we will remember into our old age, but most of them are much better.
