The Santa Barbara County Bowl opened it’s season this past Thursday night with a triumphant return of 80’s Electronica band New Order. The reconstituted band comprised of founding members and new additions, no pun intended, electrified the Bowl for a rousing start to the coming Summer Concert series which will play host to Sting’s only Southern California appearance in late June. Johnny Marr, legendary guitarist from The Smiths opened the show whose set included his own solo material with a smattering of Smiths classics. Enjoy our photos after the jump…
