Famed photographer, Richard Corman’s Madonna NYC ’83 exhibition opens for an exclusive run at LAB ART Gallery on Thursday February 6th, from 7 – 10 PM. The exhibition will feature 50 vivid images of Madonna, including black and white, color, 3D prints and multi-media pieces taken by Corman during the 1983 when Madonna was on the brink of her undisputed success.
In addition, unique paintings by celebrated painter Alec Monopoly, who employs his signature vibrantly colored graffiti style to the original iconic photographs, will be on display.
The exhibition coincides with the release of Corman’s photographic book, Madonna NYC 83, printed by Damiani Editore, copies of which will be available for purchase at Lab Art Gallery.
