OFF! Announces Upcoming Album with a Parody of The Decline of Western Civilization

OFF! is releasing a second album, Wasted Years, set to drop April 8th. The album is a follow-up to their self-titled album, and features cover art by Raymond Pettibon. Check out this teaser video of “Void You Out.”
