being away from my pedro town for six days in support of cuz and the debut album “tamatebako,” I took this shot tuesday where old york road, fairfield street, armory way and swandon way all collide in the wandsworth part of london at like three in the morning on the way from doing a bbc6 session w/mr marc riley in manchester and getting ourselves a little bit of konk at brother sam’s brother ollie’s pad before doing a xfm session for mr john kennedy later that day at the old capital radio (remember that clash tune?) building. this pad “zodiac” looks like it was boarded up for years but I’m wondering what was the story here… open only on saturdays? crimony. six different times I saw a different fox on these london streets but could never get a shot – this record pad was more still…
