What could be more fun on a sunny Sunday afternoon than beer pong, kickball and free Starry Kitchen grub? Sunday from 12noon-4pm at Balboa Sports Center in Encino, Starry kitchen will be hosting a birthday party/beer pong tournament/kickball game. There will be some drinks, but BYOB. The party will be filmed from 1pm-3pm to include in their “Save our balls” Kickstarter video. The general theme is Color me Bad’s “Sex You Up.” Dress festively!
As you know, The LA Beat LOVES Starry Kitchen, as do most people with tastebuds. We cannot live without their tofu balls and Singaporean chili crab. In January, Grand Star Kitchen is no longer happening and they are threatening to “shut this mother down.” We can’t let this happen! We need to support them in their transition to a new spot. So come on down for free food and fun, and to support Starry Kitchen!
