Chicago’s Enuff Z’nuff always had a superior grasp of power-pop basics to most of the LA hair metal bands that were their competition in the late 80s, and were infinitely more qualified to write lyrics about a “wonderland of snow.” This holiday single shows them in top form, as if they decided to conceive what a Cheap Trick Christmas song might be like and then recorded it.
