As you read these year-end “Top Ten”s, and “Best Of”s, and even our own Tastee Awards, don’t you wish you could eat at all of the restaurants? But geography and expense can be big deterrents. LA Magazine knows exactly how you feel, so they are gathering their best new restaurants from this month’s issue together in one beautiful event space. On Wednesday, January 20th from 7pm to 9pm, you can sample each chef’s cuisine and find out what all of the excitement is about without breaking the bank or driving all over town.
Hotspots like Birch, Broken Spanish, Le Comptoir, Love & Salt, Redbird, Terrine, and The Bellwether will be recognized at the 3rd annual Best New Restaurants celebration presented by Infiniti. Past honorees like Union will also be participating. The event will be held at 440 Seaton (located at 440 Seaton Street, DTLA Arts District). You can hobnob with your favorite chefs (some of the guys are pretty dreamy) while sipping on cocktails created by Bombay Sapphire. Infiniti is also setting up a lounge with a photo booth and delicious sweets, including a donut wall and selections from Compartes Chocolates.
Guests must be 21 years or older. Tickets are $70 (all food and cocktails are included) and available for purchase on the website. Don’t hesitate. Didn’t you hear what they said? Donut Wall.
