today’s the first big rain of 2016 for so ca which may be from what I’ve been hearing/reading the result of an el niño that’s coming on us. this shot here I took from near the l.a. harbor pilot station and warehouse one in my pedro town of the angels gate lighthouse (no one here says “los angeles harbor light” – I shit thee not) at the crack of dawn this morning. we all know we need the rain BUT… safer for us might be MORE SNOW in the mountains though, right? whatever, I sure hope folks can calm down w/the stupid driving in their cars and try to be safe. happy new year, good people!
