yesterday down at the part of cabrillo beach that’s inside the breakwater I found a clamshell dredger belonging to manson construction called valhalla doing some dredging, the closest to shore I’ve ever seen happen here… I wonder what’s up?
prolly not connected but I do know there was a fuel spill at l.a. harbor’s berth 198 (on mormon island) last sunday involving the car carrier istra ace that you know will work its way down our way for some fouling. sadness for the dolphins, sea lions and pelicans… at least we got the hospitals for them (marine mammals and birds) close by but damn…
