I found this art from michael parker called “the ides” near the lighthouse (by the way, curbed la just wrote about it here) at point fermin in my pedro town this morning. I found out it’s part of the “current:la water public art biennial 2016” being put on by the city and it looks like we’re the most south part of it. michael parker talks about his piece being inspired by our harbor… can’t tell you how much it’s inspired me so I can dig what he’s saying. very happening he shared his vision w/us.
