On Wednesday, October 5th, LA’s inaugural Taste of the NFL will take place at the Globe Theatre at Universal Studios. Current and alumni players, plus cheerleaders from the Los Angeles Rams will join local chefs to benefit the Food Bank. Also on hand will be Rampage, the Ram’s mascot.
Some of our favorite chefs (and familiar faces at fundraisers) will be cooking, including Josiah Citrin of Melisse, Tony Esnault of Church & State, Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken of Border Grill and Mud Hen Tavern, Neal Fraser of Redbird, Ray Garcia of Broken Spanish, Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes, Bruce Kalman of Union, and Steve Samson of Sotto.
Les Snead, General Manager of the Rams, and his wife Kara Henderson Snead of NFL Network will co-chair the event, which is also supported by Universal Pictures. The Rams raised almost $1 million with Taste of the NFL in St. Louis and are now continuing the tradition in Los Angeles. Taste of the NFL will take place between 6pm and 9pm Wednesday, October 5th at The Globe Theater at Universal Studios. Tickets start at $150. Buy tickets here.
