This Saturday, September 9 – The production team behind Grassfed and The Art Of Edibles return to downtown LA this weekend with a new show, designed to honor the album that every stoner over fifty years old agrees is the best ever made, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, with a listening session to the original album “in the dark”, a discussion between Beatles and Apple Records art director John Kosh, and KCSN DJ Les Perry, and live renditions of Pepper songs by local artists Erez, Hamid Seidi and Chechi Sarai. But should you feel the urge to spark one up during the show, don’t – you’re indoors in California, silly. The vape bar will instead introduce you to multiple reps from herb and concentrate purveyors, as well as a variety of edible products. Tickets at Eventbrite.
Sunday, September 10 – The Queen Leaf Collective in Long Beach will offer an event called Cannabis Enlightened. Ticket buyers can take part in a yoga session, reiki share and/or meditation, sample a plethora of health and beauty products, chomp edible goodies both medicated and non, and have massage therapists demonstrate the benefits of weed infused balms and lotions. Tickets at Eventbrite.
