Jesika von Rabbit will be headlining at the Bootleg Theater this Thursday. She’ll be debuting her new band and songs from her new second solo album. Sumo Princess (featuring Abby Travis and Gene Trautman) will be opening the evening’s entertainment along with Pair of Arrows.
Jesika von Rabbit has expanded the two-piece to four with former Gram Rabbit member and Silverlake area producer Ethan Allen on lead guitar, Boston transplant Dan Kashuck on drums and Lee Joseph will continue on bass. The new lineup will allow Jesika to perform and interact with fans in a more intimate and direct way.
She’ll be performing new songs like her delicious cover of “Do You Really Want To Hurt Me” plus a few new songs at the Bootleg on Thursday night. Jesika’s Bootleg show will be a similar knockout performance like the one at the Desert Daze festival earlier this year featuring a giant rabbit, gyrating dancers in masks of former and current presidents adding some zest to the evening’s festivities!
