This year is the 44th anniversary of the premiere of Little House on the Prairie. Celebrate the holidays today by combining the sweet, old-fashioned simplicity of life on the prairie with the glamour and celebrity of Hollywood. Cafe ’86 will be screening two classic episodes, “Christmas at Plumb Creek” and “Bunny” (where you can see Nellie in all her imperiously bratty glory) at The Colony Theatre in Burbank. Come spend Sunday afternoon with the stars of Little House, the hilarious Alison Arngrim (Nellie Olson), Lindsay Greenbush (Baby Carrie), and Wendy Tumbaugh (Baby Grace) along with script supervisor, Charlotte Yerkie. There will be a Q&A hosted by Disney’s Stoney Westmoreland.
Bring an unwrapped toy for entry. This event is a fundraiser to help victims of the Woolsey Fire and for the Wagon Restoration Fund to fix their wagon, an original from the television show. Doors at 3 PM. Screening starts at 4 PM.
