Joe Baiza is truly one of the great guitarists to come out of the punk scene of Southern California. His intense instrumental jams, independent attitude and improvised creative style make him stand out. With Ralph Gorodetsky on bass, Wayne Griffin on drums, and Vince Meghrouni on sax and flute, The Mecolodiacs’ fusion of eclectic funk, rock, ska, and jazz makes for a thoroughly entertaining show! The band goes on between 12:15 -12:30 a.m. early Thursday morning, with an on-air interview with the band to follow. Listen live at 88.9fm or stream it live at kxlu.com
