The 30th Anniversary of Los Angeles’ Taste of the Nation for No Kid Hungry will take place on May 4, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Culver City’s Media Park. With lots of shade trees and grassy hills, the park is a gorgeous place for an event.
This year Chef Dakota Weiss of Sweetfin Poké, Chef Nick Shipp of Upper West, and Chef Bruce Kalman of Knead & Co. Pasta Bar + Market will host the popular fundraiser, where guests can stroll between tents sampling the best of LA’s great chefs, mixologists and sommeliers. Besides the delicious bites, cocktails and desserts, the event will feature a silent auction, wine grab, photo booth, live music, and a kid’s corner with activities and games.
Some of our favorite participants include Baltaire, Border Grill, B Sweet, Chichen Itza, Eagle Rock Public House, Gwen, Jitlada, Little Fatty, Maude, Mrs. Fish, Ms. Chi Café, Otium, Salazar, The Bazaar by José Andrés, The Rose Venice, Valerie Confections, and the Viviane Restaurant at Avalon Beverly Hills. We also look forward to refreshments from Buffalo Trace Distillery, Eagle Rock Brewery, Fords Gin, Luna Nuda Wines, Obvious Wines, Singha North America, and Tequila Partida.
