Fiery blowtorches and molecular gastronomy are on the menu when Gastro Garage brings their month-long pop-up dinner series TORCHED to the W Hotel in Hollywood.
You may have seen the members of Gastro Garage on The Travel Channel or Bravo where, blowtorches aflame, they created culinary innovations like savory donut sliders, skewers, and side dishes.
Take in amazing views of Los Angeles as the Gastro Mechanics light up the sky as they create an eight-course dinner unlike any you’ve likely experienced.
TORCHED takes place on eight Friday and Saturday nights: October 16-17 and 23-24 and November 6-7 and 13-14. Seatings are at 6:30, 8:00, and 9:30 p.m.
“We are excited to bring some culinary fun back to the community after months of eating in and have created a menu for the W Hollywood that no one has experienced or tasted before,” shares Gastro Garage co-founder Adam Manacker. “It’s all about an immersive experience and experimentation with different flavors, toppings, and oils to create… a unique night out under the stars.”

The ticket price includes eight courses, a welcome shot of Bulleit bourbon, a photo op, and a curated cocktail made with JaJa Tequila. Tickets are available on Eventbrite at $100 a person.
In keeping with COVID safety guidelines, a limited number of guests can be accommodated at each seating and all participants will be required to wear masks.
