Experience all three of The Wayfarer DTLA’s restaurants/bars while savoring a three-course meal – plus Garrison Brothers whiskey pairings – on Thursday, December 1.

During this “Meet the Maker” dinner, legendary Texas whiskey purveyor Charlie Garrison and bourbon evangelist Ryan Autry will share stories about their award-winning bourbon, the first whiskey legally produced in Texas.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail on the 12th floor of Wayfarer DTLA’s Rooftop. The Tiki Old Fashioned features Garrison Bros Honeydew, BroVo, Banana Liqueur, Angostura & Orange Bitters.

Then, move downstairs to Gaslighter Social Club for a three-course dinner with Garrison Brothers whiskey pairings. The meal features Fresh Biscuits with cultured honey butter, Baked Mac and Cheese, Fried Green Tomatoes w/ Buttermilk Dressing, Collard Greens w/ Potlikker, Pickle Brined Fried Chicken (paired w/ Garrison Brothers Single Barrel), and Smoked Brisket (paired w/Garrison Brothers Small Batch). Dessert is Bourbon Pecan Pie & Banana Bread Pudding (paired with Garrison Brothers Balmorhea).

The evening culminates at Wayfarer DTLA’s whimsical underground bar, Lilly Rose, with a nightcap. The drink, called You’re Killing Me, Smalls, is composed of Garrison Bros Small Batch, Marshmallow, Averna, Angostura, and Absinthe.

Tickets for this delicious experiential event are $110 and can be purchased here.

The Wayfarer DTLA is located at 813 Flower St., Los Angeles, CA 90017.
