A Last-Minute Guide: Places to Celebrate New Year’s Eve 2025 in L.A.

New Year’s Eve is just a day away. If you still haven’t finalized your plans, see our list below of places to ring out 2024 and ring in 2025. As of publication time, all these events still had some reservations remaining. Happy New Year!

The critically acclaimed n/soto offers izakaya-style food at its location in West Adams. Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Michelin-star winning eatery with a special eight-course, prix-fixe menu, $185, along with complimentary bubbly for those who are ringing in the New Year. More info

Headed to Palm Springs for New Year’s Eve? Celebrate the holiday at Alice B., the latest restaurant from acclaimed chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken. The James Beard and Julia Child award-winning chefs are also celebrating the one-year anniversary of their Downtown Palm Springs eatery. Alice B. is a culinary celebration of the legacies of Alice B. Toklas and her life partner Gertrude Stein. The evening’s highlights include champagne, caviar, and live music from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., and East Coast ball drop at 9 p.m. Order from the regular dinner menu or indulge in the four-course prix-fixe menu ($125) that includes caviar and cornmeal blinis, salad, your choice of three mains, and dessert. Begin your celebration on New Year’s Eve afternoon and share a sunset toast on the expansive rooftop at Hotel Erwin in Venice. Take in panoramic ocean views, groove to a live DJ, and raise a glass to the New Year with a glass of bubbly at sunset. Guests can indulge in small bites and expertly prepared craft cocktails before a night of celebrating 2025. Event hours are 1 to 7 p.m., with the sunset toast at 6 p.m. More info

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Michelin-starred Kali. Merging French and California techniques with top-quality local produce. Kali’s five-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner, $250 per person, features Morro Bay Oysters, Monterey Bay Abalone, Santa Barbara Sea Urchin, Bay Scallop Ceviche, Black Winter Truffle Tortoloni, Caramelized Local Black Cod and Dry-Aged “Flannery” Ribeye Steak, and finishes with Chocolate Cremeux. Recently anointed to The Los Angeles Times’ list of the 101 Best Restaurants in Los Angeles, Ladyhawk is an undeniable hit. Located at the Kimpton La Peer Hotel in West Hollywood, the Lebanese-inspired restaurant is particularly beloved for its mezze platter. On New Year’s Eve, visit Ladyhawk before the ball drops for a special multi-course prix-fixe menu that includes that celebrated mezze platter. Tickets are $150 and reservations can be made via Resy.

Ring in 2025 with a speakeasy soiree at THE Blvd. Located at the classic Beverly Wilshire, THE Blvd. is a beautiful, art deco-inspired restaurant and lounge offering deluxe views of Wilshire Blvd. and Rodeo Drive. The soiree includes a luxurious,  four-course meal (options include Dungeness crab tart, cured steelhead tataki, butter-poached lobster tail, herb-crusted lamb loin), choice of an espresso martini panna cotta or prosecco blackberry mojito. a glass of Telmont Champagne to toast at midnight, party favors, cigar roller, and live band and DJ until 12:30 am. Tucked away beneath Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, The Hideaway features a festive atmosphere, hues of pinks and greens, a four-sided fireplace, Cabo-esque vibes, and fun, diverse Mexican cuisine and cocktails. On New Year’s Eve, The Hideaway is celebrating with a three-course, prix-fixe meal, served from 9:30 p.m., with dishes like Gambas Al Ajillo, Wagyu Beef Flautas, Vegan Ceviche, Tableside Caesar Salad, and more. Dinner also features celebratory party favors, a midnight countdown with champagne toast, and music from DJ Kennedy. More info

Camelia is a French Japanese bistro in DTLA’s Arts District. From the team behind Tsubaki and OTOTO, Camelia‘s New Year’s Eve offering is a 6-course prix fixe menu ($165) featuring blini with caviar and uni, toshikoshi soba, and other Franco-Japanese dishes created exclusively for NYE. Complimentary bubbly will be served for the midnight toast. Reservations can be made here

See a live performance from the four talented little people that make up Mini Kiss, a Kiss tribute band based in New York City-based band when they hit the stage on New Year’s Eve at Hotel Ziggy in West Hollywood. These tiny titans of rock hold the Guinness World Record for the World’s Shortest Band. General Admission starts at $65.56 and includes the show, midnight champagne toast, and an after-party DJ and dance party, while VIP tickets also get a meet-and-greet with the band, a two-hour open bar, and VIP Lounge access all night long. Celebrate NYE in Koreatown at Intercrew‘s Golden Hour Party. Tickets include a premium open bar, tray-passed appetizers from Chef Johnny Tran (Pulled Pork Sliders, Hamachi Wontons, Mini Chicken Dorados Tacos, Prime Rib Skewers, and more), live entertainment, a photo booth, and midnight balloon drop. Enjoy a New Orleans-themed New Year’s Eve with Big Easy cocktails — and an extra all-vegetarian menu —  at A.O.C. on Third Street. Pricing is $150 per guest and includes food, party favors, and a glass of sparkling wine. A champagne flight curated by Caroline Styne will also be available for an extra charge. At A.O.C. in Brentwood, Suzanne Goin’s seasonal menu will be available, along with a few festive additions including kaluga caviar, lobster gnocchi, and a wood-grilled 18oz ribeye. You’ll also encounter a roaming Martini Cart, a signature New Year’s cocktail, and Caroline’s carefully selected champagne flight.
