If you read my previous post then you are aware that part of my detoxification process was to include a colonic. It’s not as scary as I thought it would be but it was more painful than I expected. They have you first lay down on your side and they insert a tube about an inch deep in your rectum. From there they slowly release water into your colon and here is the cleansing process. For me this caused immense cramping, but according to the women that worked there, this was normal. The whole thing lasted about 50 minutes and the person who is administering the colonic stays with you the whole time. They control the flow of the water in and out of your colon. They have a window with a part of the tube showing through clear glass so you can watch what comes out of your system. This was interesting but the cramping was too much to bear. I’m afraid I will probably never do this again. But if you have 70 bucks to blow, I say give it a shot. This is where I went and Rene the owner was fabulous! www.bodyclenz.com/
