Celeb colorist Denis de Souza and Whitney Port hosted the Joico Summer Event at the Sunset Marquis on Wednesday night.
Guests enjoyed a tropical filled evening alongside Joico haircare to celebrate their partnerships and collaborations. Amongst these news was Denis de Souza from the Andy LeCompte Salon who was recently announced as their Celebrity Colorist spokesperson. He’ll be assisting in all color trend predictions and consulting for the brand’s color line. Guests heard his latest trend prediction of the summer, SOMBRE, which stands for subtle ombre and how to achieve.

Another component of the celebrations was the yearlong partnership that between Joico and artist Bella Pilar. Previewed items featuring the Bella Pilar animations were tote bags, sunglass and cellphone cases and more.
We also got an exclusive sneak peek to their soon-to-be-launched product, Joico’s Limited Edition Gold Dust Shimmer Finishing Spray. This is going to be one of my new favorite products!
