Standing – Still!

I packed three pairs of false eyelashes, a tiara, over 6 sunscreens and far too many (is there such a thing?) high heels on this last trip. Obviously I’m a whiz when it comes to paring down to the essentials. What I didn’t count on was travel-weary feet (no detail necessary) in different climates. Living in heels for years, my poor tootsies suddenly started to hurt and there was no way I was switching to flats for evening. (My secret was revealed once when I removed my slides at work and a someone gasped, “Donna! You’re short!”)

Solution: Still Standing Stiletto Solution spray. Yes. The travel-size bottle is now in my makeup bag (although so far, it’s lasted about three hours on me, thank goodness.)

Anti-inflammation and pain fighters arnica and aloe get to work while menthol cools but doesn’t overwhelm – no Ben-Gay smell here – and organic South American ilex (a biological cousin of Yerba Mate) intensifies the three.  There’s also tea tree (antifungal) and vitamin E for softness. I applied on bare feet, although I also gave it a test-run with my running shoes and socks – you can spray it right through them – which added up to ache-free and cool.) It won’t stain your feet, socks, or shoes nor will it numb. Goodbye, aching feet and hello, heels.
