Prepare to geek out. Designer Con is back this weekend! The annual event features collectible toys and designer goods along with urban, underground and pop art. DCon covers more than 70,000 sq. ft. and features over 300 vendors, two art shows, live demos, signings, panels, presentations, random drawings and fun surprises! Sunday features signings by Ryan Brunty, Stan Manoukian & Brandan Styles, Jason Limon, Chris Ryniak & Amanda Spayd, Jeff Soto, Juan Muniz, Shing Yin Khor & Tim Lee, Kathie Olivas & Brandt Peters. Demos include Smooth-On mold making and casting products, discussion and Q&A on building an independent toy brand, LEGO As An Art Medium,and a discussion on the state of the designer toy industry today.
