“Photographing The Cosmos” at The Annenberg Space for Photography

Calling all space geeks and photography fans: On Saturday, December 12th, the Annenberg Space for Photography presents “Photographing The Cosmos”, a panel discussion on astrophotography. The event’s speakers will include Garrett Reisman, former NASA astronaut and current SpaceX Director of Crew Operators; Mark Sowa, the Imagery Acquisition Supervisor at NASA; and Robert Hurt of Caltech’s Infrared Processing and Analysis Center. The discussion, which will focus on astrophotography’s past, present and future, will be moderated by Amina Khan, science writer at the LA Times.

“Photographing The Cosmos” takes place from 5-7pm at the Annenberg Space for Photography’s Skylight Studios in Century City. Tickets are $18, available online or at the door, depending on availability.
