Tacolandia 2016 -2This year L.A. Weekly will present the fourth annual Tacolandia on Saturday, June 11 from 3 to 7 p.m. at El Pueblo de Los Angeles in DTLA. We understand that the taco festival is still three months away, but planning ahead can bring you big savings. If you buy your tickets before April 24, they are only $40 and $60 (VIP). The presale tickets for Tacolandia go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8th, a week before they will be on sale to the general public. The event will feature more than 100 top taco vendors curated by the World’s First Tacorazzo, Bill Esparza. Taco vendors will primarily be local, but there will also be representatives from Mexico, San Diego and Orange County. Enjoy lamb tacos from Aqui es Texcoco and fried shrimp tacos from Mariscos Jalisco, as well as a million* other tacos from the likes of B.S. Taqueria, Cacao Mexicatessen, Chef Katsuji Tanabe, Tacos Guisados, Cielito Lindo, Coni’Seafood, Corazon y Miel, Dia de los Puercos, Guerrilla Tacos, El Coraloense, Loteria Grill, Mexicali Taco Co., Petty Cash Taqueria, and Tortas Ahogadas.

Tacolandia will also feature live mariachi music. General Admission tickets will be available for $40 (until April 24) and include entry into the event, entertainment, access to cash bars, as well as tacos, tacos, tacos! A limited number of VIP admission tickets will be available for $60 (until April 24). VIP Admission tickets include all general admission perks plus a VIP gift bag, separate entrance, and access to an exclusive VIP lounge with its own bar. After April 24, tickets prices will go up to $50 and $70.
