Many festival goers face a chicken and egg dilemma: is the festival about the music, or is it about the party? Tailgate Fest, a two day country music festival happening August 17th & 18th in the Riverside County city of Eastvale, proposes the answer “Why not both?” For fans who want to be right up in the music, there are traditional general admission tickets for the areas in front of and around the stage; for those who hate to pull themselves away from pre-concert partying, the stage will be set up so you can stay at your vehicle and watch and listen to the whole thing. There are even a limited number of VIP seats where you can take in the show while enjoying a day in the sun poolside.

The lineup features a dozen stars of contemporary country, including Brantley Gilbert, Brett Eldredge, Lee Brice, Clint Black, Big Boi and Lindsay Ell. Located at the Leal Ranch, about fifty miles east of downtown LA, the event features a variety of events from food to games spread out over hundreds of acres in addition to the concert, including a Bloody Mary brunch to aid the Sunday morning comedown from day one.
