near where my prac pad is at the angels gate cultural center in my pedro town is the newly renovated gaffey street pool (a big THANK YOU to brother matt‘s ma for helping to get that going) and now it sports a tile mural w/olde-timey pedro imagery of stuff like “shanghai red’s” (torn down years ago) and the angels gate lighthouse (still here).
