at averill park here in my pedro town live a buttload of mallards, maybe eight pekins and just as many mallard/pekin mixes plus five big geese (three chinese, two african) but ONLY ONE chicken. this little hen is one tough lady and takes no shit from her web-footed cousins. much respect to her.
