Saturday, May 20th, GrassFed LA and The Art Of Edibles Collective present New York’s “Stand Up and Take Your Clothes Off,” a show combining sassy burlesque with stand up comedy. The evening, which is billed as “A Whimsical Night of Enhanced Senses, Humor, & Seduction,” starts at 8pm. The showcase will begin promptly at 9 pm.
GrassFed started hosting ultra exclusive monthly cannabis pop-ups this year, starting with a fine dining experience and another highlighting virtual reality. This Saturday, “guests may indulge in some of the highest quality cannabis products, courtesy of our sponsors.” This particular event is limited to 99 guests (Because that’s how many luftballons there are). Google it, millenials. Edibles and other fun party favors will be provided – flower from Flow Kana; extracts by Jetty; accessories by VapeXhale & Firefly; and edibles by To Whom It May, Mondo, and Moonman’s Mistress. You may bring your own cannabis products to enjoy, but no smoking on the premises.
“Grassfed and The Art Of Edibles share a similar mission: to help de-stigmatize cannabis by using the full potential of the plant and providing a sophisticated way to consume it in a social setting with like-minded individuals. They believe cannabis should be used to enhance and engage the world, rather than disconnect.” So put down that bowl of Lucky Charms, turn off Spongebob and put some real pants on, for god’s sake.
Tickets are $50 for general admission and $100 for VIP tickets. VIP guests will enjoy priority seating as well as a curated gift bag from the sponsors. I wonder what will be in their swag bags? Ozium? Doritos? But don’t fret, regular admission guests, there will be raffles where you too can win a curated gift bag. BUY TICKETS HERE.
The event will be taking place in DTLA, not WeHo as previously stated The address will provided after ticket purchase. 21+ Street Parking available/*Uber Encouraged. Do not drive impaired. Remember: Buzzed Driving is Drunk Driving. For further info contact Events@grassfed.la
Wow. I almost made it through the entire article before I could no longer resist referring to this combination of sultry burlesque and edibles as “Stoner Boners.”
