I’d Eat That: Spicy Charred Edamame at Bluewater Grill in Redondo Beach
About three months ago, Bluewater Grill added this finger-food delicacy to their menu: charred edamame seasoned with olive oil and togarashi seasoning.
The combination of the earthy pods, the buttery oil, and the chile-based Asian seasoning can only be described as magical. Its the best edamame I’ve ever had. Continue reading
